Placements:
More than 100 companies visit the campus, including both core engineering companies and those from the IT sector. More than 10 % of the students receive multiple offers. Our students of the department have excelled in placement, with a recruitment of above 90 %. The job preference of students has undergone a slight change in recent years from predominantly IT related jobs to several opting for core companies. About 10 % students go abroad for higher studies or take up PG courses within India.
